If you’ve been following global politics, you may have noticed an unsettling trend—events seem to be aligning closely with biblical prophecy.
On The End Time Show, hosts Vince Stall and Doug Norville recently explored a topic that has intrigued theologians and conspiracy theorists alike: the rise of the Antichrist and the formation of a final world empire.
For years, scholars of prophecy have pointed to the books of Daniel and Revelation, which describe a powerful global leader emerging in the last days. This figure will deceive many, wield immense political influence, and, as Revelation 13 states, “make war against the saints” while ruling over the nations.
A particularly intriguing claim circulating in Catholic circles is the prophecy of the Great Catholic Monarch. According to this belief, a descendant of King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette will rise to restore France and the Church. Xavier Reyes Ariel, a guest on The John-Henry Westen Show, asserts that this monarch is already alive, living abroad, and awaiting the right moment to emerge.
While many Catholics view this prophecy with hope, Stall and Norville raise a critical question: could this figure actually be the prophesied Antichrist?
The details are striking. This monarch is expected to lead a major military campaign, confront both Russia and a Muslim army, and install an “Angelic Pope” on the throne of St Peter. This pope would then restore the Catholic Church’s global influence. The description bears an eerie resemblance to the biblical depiction of the Antichrist and the False Prophet working in unison.
Further speculation suggests that the Antichrist may not emerge from the Middle East, as some expect, but from Europe—possibly within a revived Holy Roman Empire.
Who Could the Antichrist Be?
As world leaders consolidate power, various names are being discussed. French President Emmanuel Macron has long been a subject of interest among prophecy watchers. Having once called for a European army, he leads a nation historically tied to Catholicism and global politics. Could he be the prophesied ruler waiting in the wings?
Another possibility is King Charles III, who has recently worked to unite European leaders, including Muslims and Jews, under common causes. Some observers note that his diplomatic efforts resemble the role of a “peacemaker,” which aligns with how the Antichrist is expected to first appear.
To be clear, The End Time Show does not make any definitive claims about the identity of the Antichrist. However, the unfolding events raise questions that warrant attention.
A European Military & the Rise of the Final Empire
Another key topic discussed on the show was the increasing push for a European military alliance. Originally proposed by Macron in 2018 and now supported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the idea of a unified European force independent of the US is gaining momentum. If realised, this could resemble the prophecy in Daniel of a revived Roman Empire—one from which the Antichrist will arise.
Revelation 17 speaks of 10 kings who will form a coalition and surrender their authority to the Beast. Notably, The End Time Show highlighted that today’s leading European military powers total exactly 10. Could this be the foundation of the prophesied empire?
